Step 2: We build and onboard your program
Once you're ready to move forward, we set up the infrastructure. That means calculating your par levels, establishing your pickup and delivery route, setting up separated soiled-linen logistics, and assigning your dedicated account manager.
Onboarding typically takes one to three weeks. We work around your schedule to make sure the first live delivery goes smoothly and there's no gap in service.
Step 3: We deliver, and keep delivering
From the first route onward, you get hygienically clean linen on a reliable schedule. Your account manager monitors your par levels against your census, adjusts inventory when your volume changes, and coordinates stat deliveries when you need them.
